The rental includes 5 Bedrooms + 5 Bathrooms.  There is a second full apartment on the lower level that is not included, however, this will be left unoccupied, so guests will not be sharing the property with other guests.  There is a possibility to have the apartment included as well, so if more space is needed, please inquire.

There are 3 Bedrooms, each with an ensuite full bathroom on the main level.

The other 2 Bedrooms are on the upper level, each also with a full ensuite bath.

The Master Bedroom is actually a 2 level loft, and includes a King Sized bed and a large ensuite with a jacuzzi bathtub.

The other 4 Bedrooms each have 1 Queen Sized bed.

The Living Room is on the main level, and the Dining Room and the Kitchen are both on the second floor.

This is available on a 6 month maximum stay because we normally operate as a Bed & Breakfast (The English Bay Inn).  We have been a B&B style Inn for the past 30+ years, however, during Covid, operating as a B&B is quite complicated as it is not possible to safely implement a social distancing procedure, so we are renting out the home as a full home rental instead for the next 6 month period, after which we will be going back to operating as a B&B.  For this reason, we are not available for a term beyond 6 months.

Because we are set up as a bed & breakfast, each room has its own lock, as well as its own tv and full bathroom within the room.

There is a washer and dryer.

3 Parking spaces are included.

There is a large gated back courtyard with patio furniture.

There is a built in alarm system with camera.

As a furnished property, the linens, towels, dinnerware and cookware are all included along with the furnishings.

Our location exceptional, especially in the Spring/Summer seasons, as we are located just one block from Stanley Park and one block from English Bay.  We are also just a short walk to Denman Street and Davie Street for groceries, shops and restaurants.

We are looking for guests that need a large, short term home to stay in the city for a 6 month period.  Because we are normally a business and will be reverting back to a bed & breakfast afterwards, it is important that the home and its contents are well cared for by the guests that we rent to, so we are looking for guests that will treat the home and its contents with great care.  For this same reason, we do have rules on visitors, cleaning, pets and smoking (this is a no pets, no smoking property).   For those that understand and agree to those rules, and are in need of an incredible place to call home this Spring and Summer, we really are an unbeatable value as it is unlikely that a comparable rental could be found in this area.

Sorry, absolutely no pets and no smoking at all for this rental.
