This is an ideal space for those wanting to be in an exceptional West End location, but wishing to minimize shared spaces while social distancing as there are no elevators, lobbies or shared walls as in apartment buildings.

The location really is exceptional, just 1 block to Stanley Park and 1 block to English Bay and the Sea Wall.  Also just 2 blocks to Denman Street for groceries, coffee shops and restaurants.

The rental consists of the following:

Fully Furnished, Approx 3325sqft.

The main level of the house consists of the Living room and the first 3 Rooms.  Each Room on this level has a queen sized bed and its own ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathrooms in Rooms 1 and 2 have a bathtub with shower, and Room 3 has an ensuite with a shower stall (no bathtub in this room).  Each room on this level has its own flat screen tv and air conditioning unit.

The upper level consists of the Dining Room, the Kitchen and the other 2 Rooms (Rooms 4 & 5).

Room 4 has a queen bed and an ensuite that includes a bathtub with shower.  This room also has a flat screen tv and air conditioning unit.

Room 5 is actually 2 level room, with a seating area and tv on the main level, and then a seating area with gas fireplace, a king sized bed, and a full bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub on the upper level.  The upper level also includes an air conditioning unit.

The Kitchen includes all of the cookware and dinnerware along with the fridge, stove/oven and dishwasher.

The Dining Room has large Dining Table for 8 as well as a separate table for 2. There is a gas fireplace in the Dining Room as well as a gas fireplace in the Living Room on the main level.

The lower level includes Room 6, which is similar to a self contained apartment as it has its own full kitchen, full bathroom and 2 Queen beds.

There is a large gated, private back patio with gazebo and seating for relaxing outside without the need to leave the property.

3 Parking spaces are included.

Full sized washer and 2 Dryers are included.

There is a built in alarm system including video surveillance.

Sorry, absolutely no pets and no smoking at all for this rental.

We are looking for temporary guests to carry us through the period where we are unable to operate as an Inn, but because this property normally operates as a business, it is essential that anyone renting it understands the necessity to take good care of the furnishings and the property as a whole.   There are several rules in place regarding this, some of which include no gathering or parties of any kind, no guests allowed inside the property that are not on the approved list of guests on the reservation at the time of booking, no subletting rooms at all, no pets of any kind and no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (both inside and outside) and the property must be kept in clean and well maintained condition at all times during the reservation.  The rental contract would also permit an employee of Bruce Ward Realty or The English Bay Inn to inspect the interior at least once per week to ensure that everything is being properly maintained as per the rules of the rental agreement.
