The final room is the full apartment as mentioned earlier in this ad, with 2 Queen Beds, 2 Flat Screen TV’s, full bathroom and a full kitchen.

As we operate as a bed & breakfast in the Spring and Summer, we do have a few policies that are important to note when renting this property as an entire home during the Fall & Winter seasons, including the following:
– no pets, including visiting pets
– no smoking of any kind on the property or inside the house
– no parties
– restrictions on noise levels on the back patio, in particular after 9pm
– no visitors that are not noted on the reservation

– There is a cleaning fee of $500 that will be added to the reservation
