This is the whole house that is for rent, which includes 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens and a back courtyard space.  This is a temporary rental, which we would normally not have available as a single unit, and will revert back to running as a bed and breakfast beginning in May of 2023.  We are renting it as a furnished rental for the next few months before setting back up as a b&b.

The house is approx. 3325sqft of indoor space.  There is also a large back courtyard and a grass front yard included.

The room descriptions are as follows:

Room 1 – includes a queen sized bed, small step out balcony facing the courtyard, a full bathroom including bathtub within the room, a/c, and a flatscreen tv with cable.

Room 2 – includes a queen sized bed, a full bathroom with shower (no bathtub in this bathroom) within the room, a/c, and a flatscreen tv with cable.

Room 3 – includes a queen sized bed, French doors with direct access to the back courtyard, a full bathroom including bathtub within the room, a/c, and a flatscreen tv with cable.

Room 4 – includes a queen sized bed, a full bathroom including bathtub within the room, a/c, and a flatscreen tv with cable.

Room 5 – this room is a 2 level room, with seating area and flatscreen tv with cable on the main level of the room, and a seating area with gas fireplace, a king sized bed, a/c, and a full bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub on the upper level of the room.

Room 6 – this room is actually a full apartment, with 2 queen beds, its own full kitchen and full bathroom with bathtub, all within the room.

Because the home is set up as a b&b, each of the 6 Rooms has its own locking door to the room for added security.

The Living Room is on the main level, and the Dining Room and the main Kitchen are both on the second floor.

There is a washer and 2 dryers.

3 Parking spaces are included.

There is a large gated back courtyard with patio furniture.

There is a built in alarm system with camera.

As a furnished property, the linens, towels, dinnerware and cookware are all included along with the furnishings.

Our location is exceptional as we are located just one block from Stanley Park and one block from English Bay.  We are also just a short walk to Denman Street and Davie Street for groceries, shops and restaurants.

RULES OF THE PROPERTY:  Because we are normally a business and will be reverting back to a bed & breakfast afterwards, it is important that the home and its contents are well cared for by the guests that we rent to, so we are looking for guests that will treat the home and its contents with great care.  For this same reason, we do have rules on visitors, cleaning, pets and smoking (this is a no pets, no smoking property).

Sorry, absolutely no pets and no smoking at all for this rental.
