There are 6 apartments in total in the building, and it is a rental building as opposed to privately owned strata condos (great for those nervous about being displaced by landlords wishing to sell their condo or wanting to move back in to their suite. Longer term leases are okay). We do manage all 6 suites in the building.

Laundry is not insuite, however, it is available in the building. The Washer and Dryer are free to use, so no coins or cards are needed.

We currently have 3 parking spaces for the building which are available for rent at $100 each. As there are 4 suites available for rent at this time, parking is not available to rent for all 4 of the units available, so if you are wishing to rent a parking space, it is important to confirm that one is still available on your application at the time you are applying.

No pets preferred, though a small dog will be considered.
