Rental Policies

  1. Deposit: a Deposit of one months rent plus a 50% security deposit must be received before a reservation is guaranteed.
  2. Payment: acceptable methods of payment are cash, check, bank transfer, or credit cards.
  3. Visa or MC: must be signed by fax before reservation is guaranteed.
  4. Security Deposits: paid on credit cards are subject to 3% bank charges. Security deposit refunds will be issued within 14 days of departure, less cleaning and administration fees.
  5. Cancellation: Confirmed reservations are subject to $50 cancellation fee for notice received up to 30 days from arrival date. Refund of security deposit only if cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
  6. Changes: in reservations requested within 30 days of arrival are not permitted.
  7. Additional days: requested at the end of a reservation (if available) will be charged at a daily rate.
  8. Departure date changes: must be received 30 days in advance and are subject to availability.
  9. Keys: are to be picked up at our office at Suite #400 - 1525 Robson Street, Vancouver.
  10. Registration card and Form K: (tenants responsibility form) are to be signed before keys are released.
  11. Office hours: are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm PST.
  12. Check in time: Keys can only be released to reserved guest and need to be collected from our office during business hours - monday to friday 08:30 - 17:00 (excepting holidays). We also require 2 pieces of photo identification at time of key release and a signed visa or mastercard sales slip which will be held on file.
  13. Check out time: is 12:00 noon unless authorized in advance.
  14. Provincial Hotel tax plus gst of 17%: is applicable for stays of less than 30 days. If the reservation is for more than 30 days, there is no tax.
  15. Cleaning charges: will be deducted from security deposit upon check out. Studio and 1 bedroom suites - $100.00 (Cdn) 2 + 3 bedroom- $150.00 (Cdn)
  16. Administration fee: of $50.00 is applicable to all suites and will be deducted from the security deposit.
  17. Smoking and Pets are not permitted.
  18. Rental rates: are subject to change with out notice and are not guaranteed until deposit and 1st months rent are received.
  19. Alternative accommodation: We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation should the suite you booked not become available.
